St Joan of Arc
St. Joan of Arc, also known as the Maid of Orléans, was a French heroine and military leader during the Hundred Years' War. She claimed to have received divine guidance, which led her to support Charles VII and ultimately help him reclaim the French throne. Joan of Arc was later captured by the English, tried for heresy, and ultimately executed at the age of 19. She was later canonized as a saint by the Catholic Church and is remembered for her bravery, faith, and unwavering commitment to her cause.
